1. The service

Denticom is a coordination tool for dental clinics that lets staff track treatment-room statuses and patient arrivals. The service is intended for businesses. By creating an account or using Denticom, the clinic and its users accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use at support@denticom.app.

3. Clinic responsibilities

The clinic:

  • is responsible for the information it enters and must obtain any required consent;
  • enters only patient names, with no health information;
  • ensures its staff use Denticom in accordance with these terms.

Denticom is not a dental or clinical record system.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another clinic’s data, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur, including for maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

Denticom is a coordination tool and must not be used to make clinical decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts paid by the clinic in the 12 months preceding the event, or $100. This limit does not apply in cases of intentional or gross fault.

7. Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these terms. When an account ends, the clinic may request a copy of its data within 30 days, after which it is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Changes

For any material change, we will notify clinics by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne.

10. Language

These terms were drafted in French. The French version prevails over any translation.
